s 54 Secretariat to Shariah Advisory Council

The Bank may— (a) establish a secretariat and such other committees as it considers necessary to assist the Shariah Advisory Council in carrying out its functions; and (b) appoint any officer of the Bank or any other person to be a member of the secretariat or such other committees.

Urus setia Majlis Penasihat Shariah

Bank boleh— (a) menubuhkan urus setia dan apa-apa jawatankuasa lain sebagaimana yang dianggap perlu olehnya untuk membantu Majlis Penasihat Shariah dalam menjalankan fungsinya; dan (b) melantik mana-mana pegawai Bank atau mana-mana orang lain untuk menjadi anggota urus setia atau jawatankuasa lain itu.
