Central Bank of Malaysia Act 2009 s 58
Where the ruling given by a Shariah body or committee constituted in Malaysia by an Islamic financial institution is different from the ruling given by the Shariah Advisory Council, the ruling of the Shariah Advisory Council shall prevail.
Keputusan Majlis Penasihat Shariah terpakai
Jika keputusan yang dibuat oleh suatu badan atau jawatankuasa Shariah yang dibentuk di Malaysia oleh sesuatu institusi kewangan Islam adalah berbeza dengan keputusan yang dibuat oleh Majlis Penasihat Shariah, keputusan Majlis Penasihat Shariah hendaklah terpakai.
