s 64 The Bank may call in currency
(1) The Bank may, from time to time, on giving not less than a month’s notice in the Gazette of its intention to do so, call in any of the currency notes or coins issued by the Bank.
(2) Upon the expiration of the notice, all currency notes or coins to which the notice applies shall cease to be legal tender, but the Bank shall continue to be liable to pay any such currency notes or coins on presentation at the offices of the Bank.

Bank boleh memanggil balik mata wang
(1) Bank boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, dengan memberi tidak kurang daripada satu bulan notis dalam Warta mengenai niatnya untuk berbuat demikian, memanggil balik mana-mana mata wang kertas atau syiling yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Bank.
(2) Apabila habis tempoh notis itu, kesemua mata wang kertas atau syiling yang baginya notis itu terpakai hendaklah terhenti menjadi sah diperlakukan, tetapi Bank hendaklah terus bertanggungan untuk membayar mana-mana mata wang kertas atau syiling yang diserahkan di pejabat Bank.
