Central Bank of Malaysia Act 2009 s 92

s 92 The Bank may be represented by officer or employee of the Bank in civil proceedings

Notwithstanding the provisions of any written law— (a) in any civil proceedings by or against the Bank; or (b) in any other civil proceedings in which the Bank is required or permitted by the court to be represented, or to be heard, or is otherwise entitled to be represented or to be heard, any officer or employee of the Bank authorized by the Governor for the purpose, may, on behalf of the Bank, institute such proceedings or appear as an advocate therein and may make all appearances and applications and do all acts in respect of such proceedings on behalf of the Bank.

Bank boleh diwakili oleh pegawai atau pekerja Bank dalam prosiding sivil

Walau apa pun peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis— (a) dalam mana-mana prosiding sivil oleh atau terhadap Bank; atau (b) dalam mana-mana prosiding sivil lain yang Bank dikehendaki atau dibenarkan oleh mahkamah untuk diwakili, atau untuk didengar, atau selainnya berhak untuk diwakili atau didengar, mana-mana pegawai atau pekerja Bank yang diberi kuasa oleh Gabenor bagi maksud itu, boleh, bagi pihak Bank, memulakan prosiding itu atau hadir sebagai peguam bela dalam prosiding itu dan boleh membuat semua kehadiran dan permohonan dan melakukan semua perbuatan berkenaan dengan prosiding itu bagi pihak Bank.
