Notwithstanding section 24 of the Labuan Companies Act 1990, an amendment to the constituent documents of a self- regulatory organisation shall be of no effect unless it is approved by the Authority.

Walau apa pun seksyen 24 Akta Syarikat Labuan 1990, sesuatu pindaan kepada dokumen konstituen sesuatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri tidak boleh berkuat kuasa melainkan jika pindaan itu diluluskan oleh Lembaga.
