s 163 Protection for a self-regulatory organisation
A self-regulatory organisation, the officer or employee of a self-regulatory organisation or a member of a committee of a self-regulatory organisation shall not be liable for any loss sustained by or damage caused to any person as a result of anything done or omitted by them in the performance, in good faith, of their functions and duties in connection with the regulatory or supervisory functions of the self-regulatory organisation, including those delegated to it by the Authority.

Perlindungan bagi organisasi kawal selia sendiri
Sesuatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri, pegawai atau pekerja organisasi kawal selia sendiri atau anggota sesuatu jawatankuasa organisasi kawal selia sendiri tidak bertanggungan bagi apa-apa kerugian yang ditanggung oleh atau kehilangan yang disebabkan kepada mana-mana orang akibat apa-apa jua yang dilakukan atau ditinggalkan oleh mereka dalam pelaksanaan, secara suci hati, fungsi dan kewajipan mereka berkaitan dengan fungsi pengawalseliaan atau penyeliaan organisasi kawal selia sendiri itu, termasuklah fungsi yang diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Lembaga.
