Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 195
s 195 Service of documents
(1) Any document or notice required to be served by the Authority to a licensed entity, a mutual fund, a self-regulatory organisation or an exchange under this Act may be served by leaving it at, or sending it by post to, the registered office of the particular licensed entity, mutual fund, self-regulatory organisation or exchange.
(2) Where the document or notice has been served in accordance with subsection (1), the document or notice is deemed to have been properly served on the particular licensed entity, mutual fund, self-regulatory organisation or exchange.

Penyampaian dokumen
(1) Apa-apa dokumen atau notis yang dikehendaki supaya disampaikan oleh Lembaga kepada sesuatu entiti berlesen, sesuatu dana bersama, sesuatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri atau sesuatu bursa di bawah Akta ini boleh disampaikan dengan meninggalkannya
di, atau menghantarkannya melalui pos, ke pejabat berdaftar entiti berlesen, dana bersama, organisasi kawal selia sendiri atau bursa tertentu itu.
(2) Jika dokumen atau notis itu telah disampaikan mengikut subseksyen (1), dokumen atau notis itu disifatkan telah disampaikan dengan sempurna kepada entiti berlesen, dana bersama, organisasi kawal selia sendiri atau bursa tertentu itu.
