Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 202

s 202 Continuance of other rights, liabilities, etc., under the repealed Acts

(1) Nothing in the repealed Acts or this Act shall affect any person’s liability to be prosecuted or punished for offences or breaches committed under the repealed Acts before the effective date or any proceedings brought, sentence imposed or action taken before that day in respect of such offence or breach. (2) Any right, privilege or obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred before the effective date or any legal proceedings, remedy or investigation in respect of such right, privilege, obligation or liability shall not be affected by this Act and shall continue to remain in force as if this Act had not been enacted.

Keberterusan hak, liabiliti lain, dsb., yang lain di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan

(1) Tiada apa-apa dalam Akta yang dimansuhkan atau Akta ini boleh menjejaskan liabiliti mana-mana orang untuk didakwa atau dihukum bagi kesalahan atau pelanggaran yang dilakukan di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan sebelum tarikh kuat kuasa atau mana-mana prosiding yang telah dibawa, hukuman yang telah dikenakan atau tindakan yang telah diambil sebelum hari itu berkenaan dengan kesalahan atau pelanggaran itu. (2) Mana-mana hak, keistimewaan atau obligasi atau liabiliti yang diperoleh, terakru atau dilakukan sebelum tarikh kuat kuasa atau apa-apa prosiding undang-undang, remedi atau penyiasatan berkenaan dengan apa-apa hak, keistimewaan, obligasi atau liabiliti tidaklah terjejas oleh Akta ini dan hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa seolah-olah Akta ini telah tidak dibuat.
