Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 57
(1) Upon receiving an application under section 56, the Authority may grant or refuse the application. (2) The grant of a licence under this Part may be made subject to any terms, conditions, limitations or restrictions. (3) Except with the written consent of the Authority, no change shall be made in respect of the identity, residence, domicile, ownership or shareholding of the securities licensee during the period of operation of the licence.
Kuasa untuk memberikan atau enggan memberikan lesen
(1) Apabila diterima sesuatu permohonan di bawah seksyen 56, Lembaga boleh membenarkan atau menolak permohonan itu. (2) Pemberian lesen di bawah Bahagian ini boleh dijadikan tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma, syarat, batasan atau sekatan. (3) Kecuali dengan persetujuan bertulis Lembaga, tiada perubahan boleh dibuat berkenaan dengan identiti, tempat tinggal, domisil, pemunyaan atau pemegangan syer pemegang lesen sekuriti dalam tempoh kuat kuasa lesen itu.
