Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 91
The Authority may, at any time after receiving an application under section 88, 89 or 90 and before a determination is made, verbally or in writing require the applicant to provide verbally or in writing such additional information, or to provide such additional documents, as may be considered necessary by the Authority for the purposes of determining the suitability of the applicant for the licence.

Lembaga boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, selepas diterima sesuatu permohonan di bawah seksyen 88, 89 atau 90 dan sebelum suatu penentuan dibuat, secara lisan atau secara bertulis, menghendaki pemohon untuk memberikan apa-apa maklumat tambahan secara lisan atau bertulis, atau untuk memberikan apa-apa dokumen tambahan, sebagaimana yang didapati perlu oleh Lembaga bagi maksud menentukan kesesuaian pemohon untuk lesen.
