s 115 Restriction on decision-making
An Islamic self-regulatory organization shall not make a decision under its rules that adversely affects the rights of a person unless—
(a) the Islamic self-regulatory organization has given the person an opportunity to make representations about the matter; or
(b) the Islamic self-regulatory organization considers, on reasonable grounds, that any delay in making the decision will prejudicially affect a class of consumers, investors or members of the sector or industry as may be applicable.

Sekatan ke atas pembuatan keputusan
Sesuatu organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam tidak boleh membuat sesuatu keputusan di bawah kaedah-kaedahnya yang menjejaskan hak seseorang melainkan jika—
(a) organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam telah memberi orang itu suatu peluang untuk membuat representasi tentang perkara itu; atau
(b) organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam itu menimbangkan, atas alasan yang munasabah, bahawa apa-apa kelengahan dalam membuat keputusan itu akan memudaratkan suatu kelas pengguna, pelabur atau anggota sektor atau industri itu sebagaimana yang berkenaan.
