s 156 Power of the Minister to make regulations
The Minister may make regulations prescribing all matters and things required by this Act to be prescribed or provided for the carrying out of, or giving full effect to, the provisions of this Act.

Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan yang menetapkan segala perkara dan benda yang dikehendaki oleh Akta ini supaya ditetapkan atau diperuntukkan bagi menjalankan, atau melaksanakan sepenuhnya, peruntukan Akta ini.
