s 155 Service of documents
(1) Any document or notice required to be served by the Authority to a licensed entity, Islamic mutual fund, Labuan Islamic trust, Labuan Islamic foundation, Labuan Islamic limited partnership, Labuan Islamic limited liability partnership or Islamic self-regulatory organization may be served by leaving it at, or sending it by post, to the registered office of the licensed entity, Islamic mutual fund, Labuan Islamic trust, Labuan Islamic foundation, Labuan Islamic limited partnership, Labuan Islamic limited liability partnership or Islamic self-regulatory organization.
(2) Where document or notice has been served in accordance with subsection (1), the document or notice is deemed to have been properly served on the licensed entity, Islamic mutual fund,
Labuan Islamic trust, Labuan Islamic foundation, Labuan Islamic limited partnership, Labuan Islamic limited liability partnership or Islamic self-regulatory organization.

(1) Apa-apa dokumen atau notis yang dikehendaki disampaikan oleh Lembaga kepada sesuatu entiti berlesen, dana bersama Islam, amanah Islam Labuan, yayasan Islam Labuan, perkongsian terhad Islam Labuan, perkongsian liabiliti terhad Islam Labuan atau organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam boleh disampaikan dengan meninggalkannya di, atau menghantarnya melalui pos ke pejabat berdaftar entiti berlesen, dana bersama Islam, amanah Islam Labuan, yayasan Islam Labuan, perkongsian terhad Islam Labuan, perkongsian liabiliti terhad Islam Labuan atau organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam itu. .
(2) Jika dokumen atau notis itu telah disampaikan mengikut subseksyen (1), dokumen atau notis itu disifatkan telah disampaikan dengan sempurna kepada entiti berlesen, dana bersama Islam, amanah Islam Labuan, yayasan Islam Labuan, perkongsian terhad Islam Labuan, perkongsian liabiliti terhad Islam Labuan atau organisasi kawal selia sendiri Islam.
