Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 65

s 65 Application for licence to carry on Labuan Islamic financial business

An application for a licence to carry on Labuan Islamic financial business shall be made in writing by or on behalf of the applicant to the Authority and shall be accompanied by such documents, statements and information as may be specified by the Authority.

Sesuatu permohonan bagi lesen untuk menjalankan perniagaan kewangan Islam Labuan hendaklah dibuat secara bertulis kepada Lembaga oleh atau bagi pihak pemohon dan hendaklah disertakan dengan apa-apa dokumen, pernyataan dan maklumat sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga.
