Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 s 66
The Authority may, at any time after receiving an application under sections 63, 64 or 65 and before a determination is made, verbally or in writing, require the applicant to provide verbally or in writing such additional information, or to provide such additional documents, as may be considered necessary by the Authority for the purposes of determining the suitability of the applicant for the licence.

Lembaga boleh, pada bila-bila masa, selepas menerima permohonan di bawah seksyen 63, 64 atau 65 dan sebelum suatu penentuan dibuat, secara lisan atau secara bertulis, menghendaki pemohon untuk memberikan apa-apa maklumat tambahan secara lisan atau bertulis, atau untuk memberikan apa-apa dokumen tambahan, sebagaimana yang dianggap perlu oleh Lembaga bagi maksud menentukan kesesuaian pemohon bagi pemberian lesen itu.
