Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 37
s 37 Registration of conversion
(1) On receiving the statement from the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company under section 36, the Authority may, subject to the provisions of this Act, register the statement and issue a certificate of registration in such form as the Authority may determine stating that the Labuan limited liability partnership is, on and from the date specified in the certificate, registered under this Act.
(2) Nothing in this section shall be construed as to require the Authority to register a Labuan limited liability partnership if it is not satisfied with the particulars or other information furnished under the provisions of this Act.

Pendaftaran penukaran
(1) Apabila diterima penyata daripada perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan di bawah seksyen 36, Lembaga boleh, tertakluk pada peruntukan Akta ini, mendaftarkan penyata itu dan mengeluarkan suatu perakuan pendaftaran dalam apa-apa bentuk yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga yang menyatakan bahawa perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu adalah, pada dan dari tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam perakuan itu, didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Tiada apa-apa jua dalam seksyen ini boleh ditafsirkan sebagai menghendaki Lembaga untuk mendaftarkan sesuatu perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan jika Lembaga tidak berpuas hati dengan butir-butir atau maklumat lain yang diberikan di bawah peruntukan Akta ini.
