Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 45
Sections 38 to 44 shall not apply to any approval, permit or licence issued under any written law to the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company which is in force immediately before the date of registration of the Labuan limited liability partnership.

Seksyen 38 hingga 44 tidak terpakai bagi apa-apa kelulusan, permit atau lesen yang dikeluarkan di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis kepada perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan yang berkuat kuasa sebaik sebelum tarikh pendaftaran perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan.
