Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 47
s 47 Notice of conversion in invoices and correspondence
(1) The Labuan limited liability partnership shall ensure that for a period of twelve months commencing fourteen days after the date of registration, every invoice or official correspondence of the Labuan limited liability partnership bears the following:
(a) a statement that it was, as from the date of registration, converted from a Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company, as the case may be, to a Labuan limited liability partnership; and
(b) the name and registration number, if applicable, of the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan company from which it was converted.
(2) Any Labuan limited liability partnership which contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.

Notis penukaran dalam invois dan surat-menyurat
(1) Perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan hendaklah memastikan bahawa bagi tempoh dua belas bulan yang bermula empat belas hari selepas tarikh pendaftaran, tiap-tiap invois atau surat-menyurat rasmi perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu terdapat padanya yang berikut:
(a) suatu pernyataan bahawa perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu, dari tarikh pendaftaran, ditukarkan daripada perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, kepada perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan; dan
(b) nama dan nombor pendaftaran, jika terpakai, bagi perkongsian terhad Labuan atau syarikat Labuan yang daripadanya perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu ditukarkan.
(2) Mana-mana perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit dan, dalam hal kesalahan yang berterusan, didenda selanjutnya tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit bagi tiap-tiap hari atau sebahagian daripadanya kesalahan itu berterusan selepas sabitan.
