Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 80
s 80 Striking-off
(1) Notwithstanding any provision in this Act, where the Authority is satisfied that a Labuan limited partnership or a Labuan limited liability partnership—
(a) has failed to pay any prescribed fees under this Act; or
(b) has contravened any provision of this Act,
the Authority may serve a notice on the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership notifying it that its name may be struck-off the register, unless the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership takes any step or action to remedy the breach as may be specified in the notice within thirty days from the date of the notice or such longer period as may be extended by the Authority.
(2) In the event the Authority—
(a) receives from the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership, a notice stating that it is likely to be unable to remedy the breach specified in the notice under subsection (1); or
(b) receives no reply from the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership to the notice under subsection (1),
the Authority may within thirty days from the date of the expiration of the period mentioned in the notice or thereafter, strike-off the name of the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership from the register unless the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership satisfies the Authority that the name should not be struck-off.
(3) A Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership that has been struck-off the register under this section remains liable for all its claims, debts, liabilities and obligations, and the striking-off shall not affect the liability of any of its partners.

Pemotongan
(1) Walau apa pun apa-apa peruntukan dalam Akta ini, jika Lembaga berpuas hati bahawa sesuatu perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan—
(a) tidak membayar apa-apa fi yang ditetapkan di bawah Akta ini; atau
(b) telah melanggar mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini,
Lembaga boleh menyampaikan suatu notis kepada perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu yang memberitahunya bahawa namanya boleh dipotong daripada daftar, melainkan jika perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu mengambil apa-apa langkah atau tindakan untuk meremedi kemungkiran yang dinyatakan dalam notis itu dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari tarikh notis atau apa-apa tempoh yang lebih lama yang dilanjutkan oleh Lembaga.
(2) Sekiranya Lembaga—
(a) menerima daripada perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan, suatu notis yang menyatakan bahawa ada kemungkinan ia tidak akan dapat meremedi kemungkiran yang dinyatakan dalam notis di bawah subseksyen (1); atau
(b) tidak menerima apa-apa jawapan daripada perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan kepada notis di bawah subseksyen (1),
Lembaga boleh dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari tarikh habis tempoh yang disebut dalam notis atau selepas itu, memotong nama perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu daripada daftar melainkan jika perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu memuaskan hati Lembaga bahawa nama itu tidak patut dipotong.
(3) Sesuatu perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan yang telah dipotong daripada daftar di bawah seksyen ini masih lagi bertanggungan bagi semua tuntutan, hutang, liabiliti dan obligasinya, dan pemotongan itu tidak menjejaskan liabiliti mana-mana pekongsinya.
