s 100 Enforcement of decision of Appeal Tribunal

A decision given by the Appeal Tribunal may, by leave of the Sessions Court, be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or order to the same effect, and where leave is so given, judgment may be entered in terms of the decision.

Penguatkuasaan keputusan Tribunal Rayuan

Sesuatu keputusan yang diberikan oleh Tribunal Rayuan boleh, dengan kebenaran Mahkamah Sesyen, dikuatkuasakan dengan cara yang serupa dengan suatu penghakiman atau perintah yang mempunyai kesan yang serupa, dan jika kebenaran diberikan sedemikian, penghakiman boleh dimasukkan mengikut terma keputusan itu.
