Personal Data Protection Act 2010 s 145
Where a data user has collected personal data from the data subject or any third party before the date of coming into operation of this Act, he shall comply with the provisions of this Act within three months from the date of coming into operation of this Act.
Data peribadi yang diproses sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini
Jika seseorang pengguna data telah mengumpul data peribadi daripada subjek data atau mana-mana pihak ketiga sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, dia hendaklah mematuhi peruntukan Akta ini dalam masa tiga bulan dari tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini.
