s 20 Register of Data Users

(1) The Commissioner shall maintain a Register of Data Users in accordance with section 128. (2) The Register of Data Users shall contain the names of data users who have been registered in pursuance of this Division and any other particulars regarding such data users as may be determined by the Commissioner.

Daftar Pengguna Data

(1) Pesuruhjaya hendaklah menyenggarakan suatu Daftar Pengguna Data mengikut seksyen 128. (2) Daftar Pengguna Data itu hendaklah mengandungi nama pengguna data yang telah didaftarkan menurut Penggal ini dan apa-apa butir lain berkenaan dengan pengguna data itu sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pesuruhjaya.
