s 27 Submission of new code of practice by data user forum

(1) A data user forum may submit a new code of practice to replace an existing code of practice. (2) The new code of practice submitted in pursuance of subsection (1) shall be subject to the provisions of this Division.

Pengemukaan tataamalan yang baru oleh forum pengguna data

(1) Sesuatu forum pengguna data boleh mengemukakan suatu tataamalan yang baru untuk menggantikan suatu tataamalan yang sedia ada. (2) Tataamalan yang baru yang dikemukakan menurut subseksyen (1) hendaklah tertakluk kepada peruntukan Penggal ini.
