Personal Data Protection Act 2010 s 44
(1) A data user shall keep and maintain a record of any application, notice, request or any other information relating to personal data that has been or is being processed by him. (2) The Commissioner may determine the manner and form in which the record is to be maintained.
Rekod disimpan oleh pengguna data
(1) Seseorang pengguna data hendaklah menyimpan dan menyenggarakan suatu rekod mengenai apa-apa permohonan, notis, permintaan atau apa-apa maklumat lain yang berhubungan dengan data peribadi yang telah atau sedang diproses olehnya. (2) Pesuruhjaya boleh menentukan cara dan bentuk yang mengikutnya rekod itu hendaklah disenggarakan.
