Personal Data Protection Act 2010 s 51
The Commissioner may employ on such terms and conditions as he thinks desirable such officers and servants as may be necessary to assist him in the performance of his functions and the exercise of his powers under this Act.
Pelantikan pegawai lain dan pekhidmat
Pesuruhjaya boleh mengambil kerja atas apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkannya wajar mana-mana pegawai dan pekhidmat yang perlu untuk membantu Pesuruhjaya dalam melaksanakan fungsinya dan menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini.
