Personal Data Protection Act 2010 s 53
Subject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, the Commissioner shall, unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, hold office for a term not exceeding three years and may be eligible for reappointment.
Tempoh jawatan
Tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat yang dinyatakan dalam surat cara pelantikannya, Pesuruhjaya hendaklah, melainkan jika dia terlebih dahulu meletakkan jawatannya atau mengosongkan jawatannya atau pelantikannya dibatalkan terlebih dahulu, memegang jawatan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun dan layak dilantik semula.
