Personal Data Protection Act 2010 s 78
(1) The Advisory Committee is to hold as many meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and such meetings are to be held at such places and times as the Chairman may decide, provided that the Chairman shall not allow more than two months to lapse between meetings. (2) The Chairman shall call for a meeting if requested to do so in writing by the Minister or by at least four members of the Advisory Committee.
Masa dan tempat mesyuarat
(1) Jawatankuasa Penasihat hendaklah mengadakan seberapa banyak mesyuarat yang perlu bagi melaksanakan fungsinya dengan cekap dan mesyuarat itu hendaklah diadakan di mana-mana tempat dan pada bila-bila masa yang diputuskan oleh Pengerusi, dengan syarat bahawa Pengerusi tidak boleh membenarkan lebih daripada dua bulan berlalu antara mesyuarat. (2) Pengerusi hendaklah memanggil suatu mesyuarat jika dia diminta untuk berbuat demikian secara bertulis oleh Menteri atau oleh sekurang-kurangnya empat anggota Jawatankuasa Penasihat.
