s 17 Surrender of certificate of registration
(1) Where the certificate of registration is revoked pursuant to section 16, the holder of the certificate shall, within fourteen days from the date of service of the notice of revocation of registration, surrender the certificate to the Registrar.
(2) A person who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Penyerahan balik perakuan pendaftaran
(1) Jika perakuan pendaftaran dibatalkan menurut seksyen 16, pemegang perakuan itu hendaklah, dalam masa empat belas hari dari tarikh penyampaian notis pembatalan pendaftaran itu, menyerahkan balik perakuan itu kepada Pendaftar.
(2) Seseorang yang tidak mematuhi subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
