s 28 Unfavourable credit action
Where a credit provider has taken an unfavourable credit action against a customer based on a credit report, the credit provider shall, upon request of the customer, disclose to the customerβ
(a) that the unfavourable credit action was on the basis of the credit report provided by a credit reporting agency; and
(b) the identity of the credit reporting agency from which the credit report was obtained that resulted in such unfavourable credit action.

Tindakan kredit yang tidak memuaskan
Jika pemberi kredit telah mengambil suatu tindakan kredit yang tidak memuaskan terhadap seorang pelanggan berdasarkan suatu laporan kredit, pemberi kredit itu hendaklah, apabila diminta oleh pelanggan itu, menzahirkan kepada pelanggan ituβ
(a) bahawa tindakan kredit yang tidak memuaskan itu adalah berasaskan laporan kredit yang diberikan oleh suatu agensi pelaporan kredit; dan
(b) identiti agensi pelaporan kredit yang daripadanya laporan kredit itu diperoleh yang mengakibatkan tindakan kredit yang tidak memuaskan itu.
