s 63 Abetment and attempt punishable as offences
(1) A person who abets the commission of or who attempts to commit any offence under this Act shall be guilty of that offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to the punishment provided for that offence.
(2) A person who does any act preparatory to or in furtherance of the commission of any offence under this Act shall be guilty of that offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to the punishment provided for the offence:
Provided that any term of imprisonment imposed shall not exceed one-half of the maximum term provided for the offence.

Persubahatan dan percubaan boleh dihukum sebagai kesalahan
(1) Seseorang yang bersubahat dalam pelakuan atau yang cuba melakukan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini adalah bersalah atas kesalahan itu dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dikenakan hukuman yang diperuntukkan bagi kesalahan itu.
(2) Seseorang yang melakukan apa-apa perbuatan persediaan untuk atau sebagai pelanjutan kepada pelakuan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini adalah bersalah atas kesalahan itu dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dikenakan hukuman yang diperuntukkan bagi kesalahan itu:
Dengan syarat bahawa apa-apa tempoh pemenjaraan yang dikenakan tidak boleh melebihi setengah daripada tempoh maksimum yang diperuntukkan bagi kesalahan itu.
