s 73 Prevention of anomalies
(1) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, make such modifications to the provisions of this Act as may appear to him to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulties or preventing anomalies in consequence of the coming into operation of this Act.
(2) The Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by subsection (1) after the expiration of one year from the appointed date.
(3) In this section, βmodificationsβ means amendments, additions, deletions and substitutions of any provisions of this Act.

Pencegahan anomali
(1) Menteri boleh, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, membuat apa-apa ubah suaian kepada peruntukan Akta ini yang ternyata kepadanya adalah perlu atau suai manfaat bagi maksud menghapuskan apa-apa kesulitan atau mencegah apa-apa anomali akibat mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini.
(2) Menteri tidak boleh menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen (1) selepas habis tempoh satu tahun dari tarikh ditetapkan.
(3) Dalam seksyen ini, βubah suaianβ ertinya pindaan, tambahan, pemotongan dan penggantian mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
