Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 s 9
Subject to subsection 11(1), a whistleblower shall not be subject to any civil or criminal liability or any liability arising by way of administrative process, including disciplinary action, and no action, claim or demand may be taken or made against the whistleblower for making a disclosure of improper conduct.
Kekebalan daripada tindakan sivil dan jenayah
Tertakluk pada subseksyen 11(1), seseorang pemberi maklumat tidak tertakluk pada apa-apa liabiliti sivil atau jenayah atau apa-apa liabiliti yang berbangkit melalui proses pentadbiran, termasuk tindakan tatatertib, dan tiada tindakan, tuntutan atau desakan boleh diambil atau dibuat terhadap pemberi maklumat kerana membuat pendedahan kelakuan tidak wajar.
