Competition Act 2010 s 27
(1) Any Commission officer conducting a search under this Act shall be given access to computerized data whether stored in a computer or otherwise. (2) For the purpose of this section, the Commission officer shall be provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware or any other means required for his access to enable the comprehension of the computerized data.
Capaian kepada data berkomputer
(1) Mana-mana pegawai Suruhanjaya yang menjalankan suatu penggeledahan di bawah Akta ini hendaklah diberi capaian kepada data berkomputer sama ada disimpan dalam suatu komputer atau selainnya. (2) Bagi maksud seksyen ini, pegawai Suruhanjaya hendaklah diberi kata laluan, kod penyulitan, kod penyahsulitan, perisian atau perkakasan yang perlu atau apa-apa cara lain yang dikehendaki bagi capaiannya untuk membolehkan pemahaman data berkomputer itu.
