Competition Act 2010 s 54

s 54 Composition of the Competition Appeal Tribunal

Every proceeding of the Competition Appeal Tribunal shall be heard and disposed of by three members or such greater uneven number of members of the Competition Appeal Tribunal as the President may in any particular case determine.

Komposisi Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan

Tiap-tiap prosiding Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan hendaklah didengar dan dibereskan oleh tiga orang anggota Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan atau apa-apa bilangan ganjil yang lebih besar sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Presiden dalam mana-mana hal tertentu.
