s 172 Tatacara pertikaian

(1) Suatu jawatankuasa yang ditubuhkan oleh Suruhanjaya untuk mendengar dan menyelesaikan pertikaian hanya boleh berbuat demikian di bawah Bab ini jika ia diberitahu secara bertulis mengenai pertikaian itu atau menurut rujukan di bawah subseksyen 171(4). (2) Jawatankuasa itu hendaklah menerima pakai apa-apa tatacara yang difikirkannya patut dan wajar dalam pendengaran suatu pertikaian.
