s 176 Penguatkuasaan keputusan

Sesuatu keputusan yang diberikan oleh Suruhanjaya boleh, dengan kebenaran Mahkamah Sesyen, dikuatkuasakan mengikut cara yang sama seperti suatu penghakiman atau perintah yang sama kesannya, dan jika kebenaran diberikan sedemikian, penghakiman boleh dimasukkan mengikut terma keputusan itu.
