s 175 Pendaftaran keputusan

(1) Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyenggarakan suatu daftar mengenai semua keputusan jawatankuasa di bawah Bab ini mengikut seksyen 249. (2) Daftar itu hendaklah mengandungi — (a) nama pihak-pihak kepada pertikaian itu; (b) suatu perihalan am mengenai perkara yang berhubungan dengan keputusan itu dan keputusan itu; dan (c) tarikh keputusan itu, kecuali alasan bagi keputusan itu.
