(1) Terma dan syarat apa-apa penyelesaian pertikaian oleh jawatankuasa di bawah Bab ini hendaklah disertai dengan alasan dan hendaklah secara bertulis. (2) Jawatankuasa hendaklah memberi pihak-pihak kepada pertikaian itu suatu salinan keputusannya dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan. (3) Keputusan jawatankuasa itu hendaklah disifatkan sebagai keputusan Suruhanjaya dan hendaklah mengikat pihak-pihak kepada pertikaian itu.
