s 191 Keputusan Tribunal Rayuan

(1) Keputusan Tribunal Rayuan, mengenai apa-apa perkara, hendaklah diputuskan mengikut majoriti anggotanya. (2) Sesuatu keputusan Tribunal Rayuan adalah muktamad dan mengikat pihak-pihak kepada rayuan itu dan tidak boleh dirayukan selanjutnya.
