Transitional
6. Any person who was operating or providing any service relating to an intermediation business in respect of goods vehicle service, before the date of coming into operation of this Act, shall make an application for a licence in accordance with section 12A of the principal Act within one year from the date of coming into operation of this Act.

Suruhanjaya, mana-mana anggota Suruhanjaya, mana-mana anggota suatu jawatankuasa penyiasatan atau mana-mana jawatankuasa lain, mana-mana pekerja Suruhanjaya dan mana-mana pegawai dilantik tidak boleh dibawa guaman terhadapnya dalam mana-mana mahkamah bagi kerugian atau ganti rugi kerana atau disebabkan oleh, atau berkenaan dengan, apa-apa perbuatan atau perkara yang dilakukan atau diperintahkan supaya dilakukan atau ditinggalkan daripada dilakukan olehnya secara suci hati dan dalam penjalanan yang dicadangkan akan apa-apa kuasa atau pelepasan akan apa-apa kewajipan yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah Akta ini.
