s 7 Renewal of licence
(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), the Director General of Land Public Transport may, on an application by the terminal licensee, renew the licence on such conditions as the Director General of Land Public Transport thinks fit or refuse the application.
(2) An application for the renewal of a licence under subsection (1) shall be made at least ninety days before the date of expiry of the licence and shall be accompanied by the prescribed renewal fee and
such documents as may be specified by the Director General of Land Public Transport.
(3) If the applicant fails to comply with subsection (2) and offers no reason which the Director General of Land Public Transport thinks reasonable, the Director General of Land Public Transport may refuse to proceed with, hear or determine such application.
(4) Where no application for renewal of a licence has been submitted, the terminal licensee shall within fourteen days from the date of expiry of the licence return the licence to the Director General of Land Public Transport.

Pembaharuan lesen
(1) Tertakluk kepada subseksyen (2) dan (3), Suruhanjaya boleh, apabila permohonan dibuat oleh pemegang lesen terminal, membaharui lesen itu dengan apa-apa syarat yang difikirkan patut oleh Suruhanjaya atau menolak permohonan itu.
(2) Sesuatu permohonan untuk membaharui lesen di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibuat sekurang-kurangnya sembilan puluh hari sebelum tarikh habis tempoh lesen itu dan hendaklah disertai dengan fi pembaharuan yang ditetapkan dan apa-apa dokumen yang dinyatakan oleh Suruhanjaya.
(3) Jika pemohon tidak mematuhi subseksyen (2) dan tidak memberikan apa-apa alasan yang difikirkan munasabah oleh Suruhanjaya, Suruhanjaya boleh enggan untuk meneruskan dengan, mendengar atau menentukan permohonan itu.
(4) Jika tiada permohonan untuk membaharui lesen dikemukakan, pemegang lesen terminal hendaklah dalam masa empat belas hari dari tarikh habis tempoh lesen mengembalikan lesen itu kepada Suruhanjaya.
