On an application by a terminal licensee for a variation of the licence or the conditions of the licence, the Director General of Land Public Transport shall have full power in its discretion— (a) to grant the application in full or in part; (b) to refuse the application; or (c) to order any variation of the licence or the conditions of the licence, other than the variation specified in the application.
Permohonan bagi pengubahan
Apabila permohonan dibuat oleh pemegang lesen terminal bagi pengubahan lesen atau syarat lesen, Suruhanjaya hendaklah mempunyai kuasa penuh dalam budi bicaranya — (a) untuk meluluskan permohonan itu sepenuhnya atau sebahagiannya; (b) untuk menolak permohonan itu; atau (c) untuk memerintahkan apa-apa pengubahan pada lesen itu atau syarat lesen itu, selain pengubahan yang dinyatakan dalam permohonan itu.
