Sesuatu pendakwaan berkenaan dengan suatu ke- Menjalankan salahan terhadap Akta ini boleh dijalankan oleh seorang pendakwaan. pegawai berkuasa. I21. VA-VI, S. 121-14] dibuat oleh peraturan-peraturan itu, membenarkan diperiksa premis, buku-buku, akaun-akaun dan dokumen atau benda lain yang dipunyai atau disimpan oleh enterprais pelancungan itu.
