Seseorang pegawai berkuasa boleh, menurut budibicaranya, mengkompaun apa-apa kesalahan terhadap Akta ini atau terhadap peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya yang ditetapkan oleh peraturan-peraturan di bawah seksyen 14 sebagal kesalahan-kesalahan yang boler dikompaun dengan memungut daripada orang yang menaabah disyaki melakukan kesalahan itu sejumlah wang tida. lebih daripada lima ratus ringgit
