Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 10
(1) For the purposes of carrying out its functions, powers and duties under this Act, the Corporation may establish such subsidiaries as it considers necessary or expedient. (2) Without prejudice to any other provision of this Act, the Corporation may prescribe, with the approval of the Minister, for any provision of this Act to be applicable to a subsidiary of the Corporation as if the subsidiary of the Corporation is the Corporation itself.
Penubuhan subsidiari
(1) Bagi maksud menjalankan fungsi, kuasa dan kewajipan di bawah Akta ini, Perbadanan boleh menubuhkan apa-apa subsidiari sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu atau suai manfaat. (2) Tanpa menjejaskan mana-mana peruntukan lain Akta ini, Perbadanan boleh menetapkan, dengan kelulusan Menteri, bagi manamana peruntukan Akta ini untuk terpakai bagi suatu subsidiari Perbadanan seolah-olah subsidiari Perbadanan itu ialah Perbadanan itu sendiri.
