s 103 Completion of resolution
(1) Where the Corporation has assumed control or appointed a person to do so on its behalf under paragraph 99(1)(c), the Corporation and the appointed person may, in addition to any of its other rights and powers, carry out any resolution comprisingβ
(a) a transaction or series of transactions that involves the sale or other disposal by the member institution of all or part of its assets or the assumption by any person of all or part of its liabilities or both;
(b) any other transaction or series of transactions the purpose of which is to restructure the whole or part of the business of the member institution;
(c) one or more transfers referred to in paragraph 99(1)(g); or
(d) one or more transfers referred to in subsection 115(3), (4) or (5).
(2) Where the Corporation considers that a resolution referred to in subsection (1) has been substantially completed, it shall cause a notice to that effect specifying the date on which the resolution was, in the opinion of the Corporation, substantially completed to be published in the Gazette.
(3) The Corporation shall petition for the winding up of the member institution if, in the opinion of the Corporation, no resolution referred to in subsection (1) has been or will be substantially completed on or before the date that isβ
(a) two years after the date on which the Corporation or the appointed person assumed control of the member institution; or
(b) the expiration of the last extension approved under subsection (4),
whichever is later.
(4) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Corporation, approve one or more extensions of the period set out in paragraph (3)(a) for a further period not exceeding three years and each extension shall not exceed one year.

Penyelesaian resolusi
(1) Jika perbadanan telah mengambil alih kawalan atau melantik seseorang untuk berbuat demikian bagi pihaknya di bawah perenggan 99(1)(c), Perbadanan dan orang dilantik boleh, sebagai tambahan kepada mana-mana hak dan kuasanya, menjalankan apa-apa resolusi yang meliputiβ
(a) suatu transaksi atau beberapa siri transaksi yang melibatkan jualan atau pelupusan lain oleh institusi anggota itu akan kesemua atau sebahagian daripada asetnya atau
pengambilalihan oleh mana-mana orang akan kesemua atau sebahagian daripada liabilitinya atau kedua-duanya;
(b) apa-apa transaksi atau beberapa siri transaksi lain bagi maksud untuk menyusun semula kesemua atau sebahagian daripada urusan institusi anggota itu;
(c) satu pindahan atau lebih yang disebut dalam perenggan 99(1)(g); atau
(d) satu pindahan atau lebih yang disebut dalam subseksyen 115(3), (4) atau (5).
(2) Jika Perbadanan menganggap bahawa resolusi yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) telah diselesaikan secara substansial, ia hendaklah menyebabkan suatu notis mengenai perkara itu yang menyatakan tarikh resolusi itu telah, pada pendapat Perbadanan, diselesaikan secara substansial, disiarkan dalam Warta.
(3) Perbadanan hendaklah membuat petisyen bagi penggulungan institusi anggota itu jika, pada pendapat Perbadanan, tiada resolusi yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) telah atau akan diselesaikan secara substansial pada atau sebelum tarikh itu, iaituβ
(a) dua tahun selepas tarikh Perbadanan atau orang dilantik mengambil alih kawalan institusi anggota itu; atau
(b) habisnya tempoh lanjutan terakhir yang diluluskan di bawah subseksyen (4),
mana-mana yang kemudian.
(4) Menteri boleh, atas syor Perbadanan, meluluskan satu lanjutan tempoh atau lebih yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan (3)(a) bagi suatu tempoh lanjutan yang tidak melebihi tiga tahun dan setiap lanjutan tidak boleh melebihi satu tahun.
