Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 110
Where— (a) for any purpose an act is required to be done within a particular period or before a particular time under the provision of any law or any agreement; and (b) this Act prevents the act from being done within that period or before that time, the period is deemed to be extended or the time is deemed to be deferred until the fifth business day following the end of the period during which that act is prevented by this Act from being done.
Pelanjutan masa
Jika— (a) bagi apa-apa maksud suatu perbuatan dikehendaki dilakukan dalam suatu tempoh yang tertentu atau sebelum suatu masa yang tertentu di bawah peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang atau mana-mana perjanjian; dan (b) Akta ini menghalang tindakan itu daripada dilakukan dalam tempoh atau sebelum masa itu, tempoh itu disifatkan sebagai dilanjutkan atau masa itu disifatkan sebagai ditangguhkan sehingga hari kelima urusan berikutan berakhirnya tempoh yang dalamnya perbuatan itu dihalang dilakukan oleh Akta ini.
