Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 129
Notwithstanding sections 464, 465 and 466 and subsections 469(1) and (2) of the Companies Act 2016, the High Court shall make a winding up order in respect of a member institution pursuant to a petition presented by the Corporation under paragraph 99(1)(e).
Penggulungan institusi anggota atas permohonan Perbadanan
Walau apa pun seksyen 464, 465 dan 466 dan subseksyen 469(1) dan (2) Akta Syarikat 2016, Mahkamah Tinggi hendaklah membuat suatu perintah penggulungan berkenaan dengan suatu institusi anggota menurut petisyen yang dikemukakan oleh Perbadanan di bawah perenggan 99(1)(e).
