Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 133
Subject to an order of the Court and notwithstanding subsection 487(4) of the Companies Act 2016, a liquidator, other than the Official Receiver, appointed in respect of the winding up of a member institution shall carry out his functions under the direction and supervision of the Corporation.

Tertakluk pada perintah Mahkamah dan walau apa pun subseksyen 487(4) Akta Syarikat 2016, seorang pelikuidasi, selain Pegawai Penerima, yang dilantik berkenaan dengan penggulungan suatu institusi anggota hendaklah menjalankan fungsinya di bawah arahan dan penyeliaan Perbadanan.
