Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 148

s 148 Stabilisation coverage

(1) The Corporation shall provide stabilisation coverage in the same manner as it provides deposit insurance in Chapter 1 of Part IV or takaful or insurance benefit protection in Chapter 1 of Part V. (2) Any liability or financial instrument or takaful or insurance benefit that is the subject of a stabilisation coverage order and is not otherwise a deposit or a takaful or an insurance benefit within the meaning of this Act, is deemed to be a deposit or a takaful or an insurance benefit and a person to whom such obligations are owed is deemed to be a depositor or a takaful beneficiary or an insured person for all purposes of this Act.

Perlindungan penstabilan

(1) Perbadanan hendaklah memperuntukkan perlindungan penstabilan mengikut cara yang sama sebagaimana Perbadanan memperuntukkan insurans deposit dalam Bab 1 Bahagian IV atau perlindungan manfaat takaful atau insurans dalam Bab 1 Bahagian V. (2) Apa-apa liabiliti atau surat cara kewangan atau manfaat takaful atau insurans yang menjadi hal perkara suatu perintah perlindungan penstabilan dan yang selainnya bukan suatu depositatau manfaat takaful atau insurans dalam pengertian Akta ini, adalah disifatkan sebagai suatu deposit atau manfaat takaful atau insurans dan seseorang yang dengannya obligasi itu terhutang adalah disifatkan sebagai seorang pendeposit atau benefisiari takaful atau orang diinsuranskan bagi segala maksud Akta ini.
